Jeff Wright has served individuals and organizations personally and professionally for many years as an “Organizational Performance Consultant”. Good books have always been a strong influence in his life and he has been fortunate enough to contribute in the form of writing articles and portions of published works including one carrying the title “Performance Improvement Guide”. Mr. Wright earned certifications in the areas of Process Improvement, Communications, Change Management, Leadership Development and several other disciplines illustrating personal knowledge and skill in the areas of personal and organizational improvement. Jeff has substantial experience using this knowledge in consulting with and counseling.
Over the years Jeff has written professional articles, explanations of tools and even edited or produced videos on a variety of improvement related subjects. The Learning Leader website is a vehicle to share those tools and to add new ones.
